spacious room great location rooftop views
The room was spacious compared to other hotels. The location proved great, especially for visiting a temple before crowds arrived. The rooftop bar offered nice views.

stained carpet old shower curtain
the room REALLY needed some tlc. the carpet had stains, and the shower curtain looked kinda old. also, the climate control did not work so WELL. i wanted to feel fancy, not like i was roughing it.

prime location, AMAZING views
prime location metro access rooftop terrace
i stayed in the heart of asakusa. the hotel was near the kaminarimon gate, a quick walk to the metro. the views of the skytree from the rooftop terrace wERE amazing.

Excellent Location and Spacious Rooms
great location spacious room private patio area peaceful atmosphere
The area is great with a shrine nearby and many little coffee shops. The room was great for the city. Space was plentiful to organize luggage. Guests can use a private patio area on the roof. It was very peaceful at night.
The pillows were not very comfortable for me. I found that there was a door that connected my room to another. Although it was locked, it felt strange and did not give much privacy.

The breakfast buffet featured a wide selection of both Western and Japanese dishes. Fresh fruit, pastries, and various hot entrees were available each morning. I tried several local specialties. They were very tasty.

The hotel is near both the Ginza and Asakusa subway lines, within a few blocks. Sensō-ji Temple is down the street. Many dining options exist nearby on Hoppy Street. They provide various local experiences.

The room included high-quality bathroom products and amenities. Epsom salts were a helpful addition after long days of walking. Housekeeping maintained the room daily and was helpful when I asked for more towels.
Facilities

The hotel's rooftop terrace provided views, including the Skytree. The lobby and bar area offered a similar view. It was especially lovely at night. The overall cleanliness and organization were very excellent.
Service

The staff was friendly and helpful. They assisted with luggage shipping to my next destination. They were accommodating regarding a late check-out. This was very useful for my travel plans.
