a good and nice harbor stay!

comfortable bed amazing view helpful staff

I found the room to be immaculate, with a super comfortable king bed. the harbor views were amazing, a true treat! the staff were all helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. breakfast was delivered right to the room, such a nice and convenient touch.

I noticed that the parking comes with an extra charge. That was a little unexpected.

The hotel is right on the harbor and within easy walking distance to many attractions. everything i needed was within a short walk. The location was really convenient. it was also quiet, despite being close to everything.

Breakfast was delivered to my room each morning, and that was GREAT!!! the selections were varied and delicious, a real treat. the quality of the food was AMAZING!!! i savored every bite. It was nice.

wonderful experience

amazing location spacious room quality bedding friendly staff

the hotel location is amazing for exploring on foot i visited the aquarium and the boston tea party the room was spacious it featured quality bedding towels and accessories there was also a complimentary bottle of italian red wine and biscotti. breakfast was delivered to my room each morning i enjoyed selecting my choices and eating on the balcony the staff were friendly and always helpful when i needed assistance.

the ice machine on my floor was out of service so i had to go to another floor for ice but it was a minor inconvenience.

the room was well designed it included plenty of storage for clothes and luggage a fridge was present along with an ice bucket tea and coffee machine and bottled water were all available.

the staff offered recommendations for dining in the north end an area with over fifty restaurants the breakfast service was prompt and the team ensured all requests were handled with care and attention to detail.

the hotel is near faneuil hall and other tourist spots i found it a convenient walk to many attractions the proximity to the marina with its beautiful yachts added to the outside views of the harbor. it enhanced my experience.

The room was spacious. it included excellent amenities and breakfast was a pleasant treat! the reception was very cute. This added to the experience. i found the location ideal.

The room felt not as clean as i expected. I had to wait. the king size bed looked like it had never been moved for cleaning. the furniture seemed dated. It looked worn.

The in-room breakfast service was very convenient. The room included a rainfall shower. It really enhanced the experience. The staff sent a list of favorite restaurants prior to my stay. The Captain's lounge is relaxing.

The parking was controlled by someone. They charged customers for parking. The room was not cleaned as I expected. The furniture was dated.

mo checked me in and she was kind. mo upgraded me to the penthouse and it. breakfast was lovely and the hotel was clean. it was a quiet experience and the location is perfect.

the penthouse room is small, even though it is the most expensive. it states it is 42m2. a third of that area is the stairs inside the room, so there is not much space.

mixed experience with parking issues

parking mess invoice errors

the parking situation was kind of a mess. i was told one thing about it before i arrived then something different at the hotel. it felt a bit like the left hand didn't know what the right was doing. also the invoice at the end had some errors. i had to get help to sort it. it wasn't a relaxing end to my stay.

The room was a Corner King Room Harbour View. It offered secondary views of the bay. The noise from the parking lot was minimal. I found the location convenient to many local attractions. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious.

The glass bucket of beverage left uncovered in the hallway was not appetizing.

Breakfast was lovely. There were lots of choices. It was served in my room, a great bonus. The fresh chocolate chip cookies put out daily were a welcome snack. I appreciated this amenity.
