the breakfast was super fresh. loads of options were available. the staff were thoughtful, even providing free umbrellas because it rained one day. i was happy with my stay!

the hotel laundry service does not accept socks or pants.

overrated and underwhelming experience

poor food quality noise insulation

the location was acceptable , providing easy access to nearby attractions.

i must say , the breakfast was quite a letdown , even though it came at an extra cost. the food quality wasn't anything to write home about , and finding a seat was a daily battle. the noise insulation was non-existent , resulting in constant disturbances from outside and early morning garbage truck symphony.

limited options basic facilities

i was disappointed since this hotel advertises itself as a 5-star one yet lacks several expected features. there's no gym, which i found surprising. room service options were also quite limited, offering just rice or curry rice during specific hours. i expected more variety and better facilities for the price.

The hotel staff helped me book a bus to Shirakawa-go at the last minute. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with fresh western and Japanese options. I also appreciated the convenience of having a laundry room on my floor.
