Excellent hotel near yu garden

spacious desk comfortable bedding helpful service

The room had a spacious desk area. It was suitable for work. I appreciated the comfortable bedding with quiet sound-proofing. The location was close to Yu Gardens. I could easily access the subway and Nanjing E Road. Concierge service was helpful. I received packages and arranged taxi services EFFORTLESSLY.

I found room charges that i did not make upon checkout. It was resolved but reappeared on my credit card later.

The hotel is near a metro station, just a short walk from the entrance, made travelling around the area SO CONVENIENT. Yu Garden is behind the hotel, about a 5-minute walk away, ideal for morning strolls or an evening visit.

The room was spacious, featured a full-sized bathtub, and had blinds for the transparent glass wall of the bathroom. The views included the Bund and the Oriental Pearl Tower, a Lovely sight, especially at night.

rotten fruit strict lounge staff

The hotel claims its in a good location, near yu garden, but they focus too much on cutting costs. like, they gave me welcome fruits as a titanium member, but one was rotten. i asked them to take it away, they never replaced it. the executive lounge staff really stick to the rules. My son couldn't even hang out with me while i ate, even when the lounge was empty. its frustrating.

superb location with excellent access

convenient location quick visit easy access plus point

i found the hotel very convenient to navigate the city. the proximity to yu garden was great for a quick cultural visit. the metro station nearby provided easy access to various attractions. i could quickly reach the bund area, a definite plus .

the gym was a bit small , i found fewer equipment options than expected.

the breakfast had many choices , including both eastern and western dishes. i saw several options with fresh fruit , pastries , and hot entrees. the variety accommodated different tastes.

i observed a pool on the 21st floor , with a panoramic view. the hotel also had a rooftop bar , complete with great views of pudong. this was good.

my room came equipped with a nespresso machine and complimentary nespresso capsules. the room had daily refills of two bottles of water. i also found the room and bathroom to be neat.
