great locationclean roombad wifiaircon issue

the location was great it was about a five minute walk from the metro. accessing the hotel by taxi was also easy. the room was clean and well maintained.

the aircon did not function properly in the room it was checked by maintenance staff but the issue remained. wifi was quite bad it was weak and unreliable , made working in the room difficult.

The location was good.

The air conditioning didn't work right for two nights. I was sleeping in a hot room, and it wasn't comfortable. They did not change my room. The staff dont talk English, which I do not think is good for a supposed 5-star hotel.

shopping areahelpfulness

The location was great, close to shopping areas. i found the proximity to the subway very convenient. breakfast was really nice, with many options. i particularly appreciated the helpfulness of kahn and ricci at the restaurant. They were very kind.

The refrigerator in the room did not get very cold. It barely cooled anything.
