Mongena Private Game Reserve is located in the malaria-free northern area of the 18,000-hectare Dinokeng Game Reserve. The lodge is just a 40-minute drive from Pretoria and a 60-minute drive from OR Tambo Airport, accessible via tar road. Mongena accommodates a total of 92 guests across four distinct options including Mongena Main Lodge and Little Mongena Tent Camp. The Main Lodge has 24 air-conditioned en-suite chalets surrounded by indigenous gardens, while the Little Mongena features 10 luxury en-suite tents with views of the scenic Mongena Dam.
