excellent location friendly staff comfortable bed old room missing amenities unpleasant fragrance

the location is excellent near many shops i found some really nice restaurants just outside the door like eli falafel and beef and liberty the pool had sun for a good part of the day the staff were very friendly and cute. the beds were comfortable the bathroom was lovely i enjoyed the shower pressure. i appreciated that everyone was smiling and greeting me.

the room felt old and i think it needs refurbishment everything was hidden and not intuitive the water boiler was difficult to reach i thought it was oddly placed. i was expecting a coffee machine and more room amenities it reminded me of something was missing.

annoying elevators energy-saving policy

the elevators were annoying my card never seemed to work i often saw guests frustrated i had to go up and down to reach my floor the staff stuffed everyone into the same elevator it was like an energy-saving policy i did not understand
