central location complete breakfast rooftop view

the location was really central. many shops and restaurants were very close. it was easy to explore the area on foot. the included breakfast was very complete with a lot of options. the service was efficient and friendly. the amenities are great like the spa and the pool. the rooftop area provided really good views and seating.

sound proofing could have been better. i did hear some noise from the hallway.

the location is great! it is close to many interesting landmarks. the rooftop pool and loungers helped me unwind after traveling. The building in general is beautiful and has many interesting features.

excellent location friendly staff wonderful breakfast

the location was excellent close to many attractions and public transport options like buses and the metro. the staff were very friendly especially nahomy at reception. the breakfast was wonderful offering many choices.

the hotel did not clean the room thoroughly which i discovered after finding a bag of empty chips left uncleaned on the table plus untouched side tables.

i found the staff to be both professional and accommodating with concierge assistance. one staff member provided excellent reservations handling and gave very valuable information. i was impressed by the attentiveness shown throughout my stay.
