untidied room unhelpful staff

The breakfast had a nice selection. The restaurant is on the 21st floor.

I was promised a tidied room. It had not been properly cleaned for a while. The front staff was unable to answer my questions about food options and parking. The hotel seems run as a joke.

the breakfast buffet had plenty of options and a great view!!! the staff were polite and friendly. convenient parking was available across the street. the beds felt very good.

the rooms looked great, but they felt a bit small.
