charming riverside retreat

The hotel provided a dyson fan. It was a nice touch. the building shows fabulous architecture and a beautiful setting. i really enjoyed watching the river avon flow, it passes under the hotel. the staff were all so friendly.
the room was noisy, i could hear whole conversations word for word.

the hotel had a good wine selection available. breakfast had an extensive choice of options. pizza was great and i also noted a beer garden with lots of seating, it looked amazing.

the location was fine and very peaceful. there was parking right at the front door, this was really convenient. i walked along a field path into town, the cathedral was gorgeous.

the hotel is situated in a charming, peaceful location. a cozy walkway leads directly to the town center. i saw the cathedral from the hotel, as well as during my walk into town.

The room had blackout curtains and i rested well in the quiet atmosphere. the shower was excellent. I liked the water pressure. the staff were friendly. They were very helpful.

the location had a charming quality, and the building itself was interesting. the staff were available when needed during my short stay.
the soundproofing between floors was not good. it was hard to sleep because of this issue. i think i would choose a top-floor room next time

a stay with some drawbacks

hot roomroad noise
the room was quite hot. there was no way to adjust the radiator in the bathroom and a window dont open wide. also, i found the noise from the nearby road to be noticeable. it was harder to relax than i hoped and I had a hard time falling asleep.

I found the staff were very helpful. The room offered a coffee pod machine and a kettle. I appreciated that the location allowed for a relaxing walk from the train station. The hotel provided power points for charging devices.
The room was very noisy. I could hear conversations distinctly. I also noticed cobwebs in the room. The room was overpriced.
