friendly staff huge bath
i found the staff to be super friendly . the chef was very attentive, and breakfast tasted great. i also enjoyed my evening meal. the bed was comfortable. the bath was huge.
i noticed dogs in the restaurant, which i found unacceptable. i fully understand people take dogs in bars but in restaurants it is a hygiene problem.

Really good Stay, Modern Comfort and Great Food
modern accommodation easy parking excellent food
The accommodation was modern and comfortable in a renovated barn separate from the pub. Easy parking was available, and I enjoyed a lovely garden. The pub offered a great choice of drinks and excellent food. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
Fire doors in the hotel slammed during the night.

The location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions, including a Sustrans circular cycle route. Salisbury is also a short distance away. I found the area very accessible and enjoyable.

poor soundproofing late disturbance
The food was good.
The room lacked soundproofing, a significant disturbance occurred. The slamming of doors continued late into the night. This affected my ability to rest properly.

Wonderful Stay in the Countryside
friendly locals renovated barn easy parking lovely garden
The team running the business. The pub had friendly locals and their dogs with a cute atmosphere. The accommodation was modern and comfortable and located in a separate renovated barn. I found parking easy, and I was pleased with the lovely garden.
I noticed fire doors in the hotel slammed during the night. This rattled the hotel due to loud bangs as the doors shut.

amazing stay!
warm owners idyllic garden excellent food
the owners are so warm i felt very welcome. the garden outside is idyllic i enjoyed it a lot. the food was excellent i couldn't ask for more.
large door windows looked over the back garden it offered no privacy when open. it was not possible to leave the doors open as people could see you. guests in lower rooms smoked in the garden and it filtered into our room

the king room features a luxurious carpet and a fabulous bath tub i loved it. the room offers a super quiet environment and it is newly decorated you can notice it. the bed was large and very comfortable.
