Mediocre Stay, Service and Cleanliness Issues

The room had blackout curtains which worked well.
The breakfast service was disappointing. There was no clear protocol. We had to find a dirty table and request service after a long wait. Basic items like milk and juice were empty, and staff seemed uninterested in addressing these issues.

the room had excellent bedding and bathroom facilities. the free on-site parking was also useful (saved me a bit of money).

the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was lovely and good value. my room had a lovely view over the golf course (it was so green!), and the breakfast offered eggs benedict cooked well.
The early morning noise from bin covers was disruptive. Banging doors woke me up promptly at 7 am, causing an earlier departure than planned. this needs attention!

the staff provided excellent service and displayed friendliness. reception was efficient and greeted me with a smile. they seemed happy and always willing to assist. i found their attentiveness really good.

the hotel boasts a lovely garden view overlooking the golf course. i found the location quiet and convenient. the room was super clean and cozy (i especially liked the ample space). this location offers easy access to surrounding attractions.

the room had a fully opening window i also appreciated the pump action shampoo shower gel and handwash in the bathroom i found a complimentary hotel personalised pen in the room there was plenty of on site parking.
the hotel no longer has a swimming pool the staff explained they could not remove the information from websites there was no offer of compensation or alternative arrangements on the positive side the gym is well equipped.

The continental breakfast was quite disappointing. i expected a wider selection. There was a very limited choice of fruits and pastries. the juices weren't labeled, a problem because i have a grapefruit allergy, though the server tried to be helpful. i felt this dampened my stay. Perhaps i would visit costa next time.

My suite was really modern. It felt warm too. I also appreciated a real seating area, I could relax in the evening. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection of fresh food.
The restaurant closed early each evening. The chef wanted go home. The suite weren't serviced well and was in poor repair. The restaurant felt cold. We had to keep our jackets on.
