good stay!
clean room great shower in-room food fresh milk
The room was very clean and the shower was great! the available food and drink in the room fridge were a nice touch. i liked the continental snack items that were provided. I only had to ask for more fresh milk, and it was kindly supplied.

fresh welsh cakes easy checkout quick check
The provided breakfast was a nice touch. i found complimentary welsh cakes that was very fresh. check in was quick and easy. Leaving the room was straightforward for checkout.
i saw signs of water damage on the ceiling and the shower was very poor.

friendly staff spacious room great convenience
Staff were so friendly. They cleaned the spacious ground floor room daily. Parking was directly outside, which I found to be a great convenience.
The bed had a mattress that caved in on one side. It was generally uncomfortable for sleeping.

extra heater treat fridge fresh milk water damage poor shower unhelpful staff
i had a standard double room. it was toasty when i got there since they put an extra heater on. there was a treat fridge with yoghurts, juices, and water. i also liked the fresh milk.
there were clear signs of water damage to the ceiling. the shower was very poor. i also found some staff less helpful.

fresh milk helpful staff outdoor seating missing shelf socket accessibility small tv
My room included fresh milk and drinks inside the mini fridge. The staff were kind. I liked the seating outside at the front of the building. It was nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather.
The bathroom had no shelf for toiletries. Only one bedside lamp worked because of the socket accessibility. The tv was VERY small.
