i found the owner very friendly and accommodating. he offered helpful suggestions for local restaurants. my room was clean and included tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits. i even found a chocolate on my pillow, such a sweet touch!

the bathroom felt a little dated.

Wonderful Stay with Really good breakfast!

The location was perfect. The beach was just a short walk away! Free parking was available. The room included nice touches like chocolates and bottled water. That was great. Large bath towels were also provided, which I definitely appreciated.

The continental breakfast only had packaged goods. It would be nice to have some hot options.

the location was fantastic for reaching the beach. it was also convenient to access both Bournemouth. friendly staff were providing a large selection for the continental breakfast.

the room heater did turn off by midnight. there wasn't a duvet available for additional warmth. i was cold throughout the night so i could not sleep well.
