surprisingly charming stay
friendly staffconvenient locationtraffic noise
the welcome i received was lovely , and the staff were quite friendly. a pret a manger and budgens supermarket are conveniently located just over the fence. i found this location helpful as i needed a few travel essentials.
The shower was a bit tricky . I momentarily got stuck. bringing earplugs could be beneficial , as the hotel is situated near a busy road, and traffic noise persists at night.

the family room shower offered ample space and remained clean throughout my stay. it was basic , yet it provided sufficient comfort for my family and me. the room provided a decent setting after a day of travel.

the location was acceptable as it was close to the venue i needed to visit.
the tv in my room was faulty, it never worked properly even after someone tried to fix it! the breakfast was very basic and really not much. the room was also a bit cramped.
