The room was very clean. I was so pleased that it was right in the middle of town, with easy access. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I liked that tea making facilities were available.

The television seems outdated. It needs an upgrade. It should connect to the apps that the hotel advertises. The room check-in was unusual. I had to collect keys from a pub, a few meters away.

i found the room to be really nicely decorated and furnished. the big, comfy bed was a dream, and the large shower was amazing. tea and coffee were available. a tv. i found everything i wanted in the room!

the room was very dark, challenging to put on makeup. i would have liked a brighter lamp near the desk or in the bathroom to solve this.

I found the hotel very easily and the parking was good! the room had some lovely touches, including toiletries, tea and coffee facilities. there was also some interesting reading material in the room. I appreciated that extra touch. the check in staff were warm and cute!

The bed was way too hard for me. I could not sleep well because of it. i wish i could have adjusted the firmness of the mattress. the room was also too dark, i could not find a good place to put make up on, even in the bathroom!

the location was GREAT, situated close to many attractions. Check-in happened smoothly, I collected my keys from a nearby spot. My room included a good selection of drinks and treats.

i noticed a distinct sewage smell in my room, which detracted from the experience. it really was not great.
