superb showerattentive staffexcellent breakfast

the bathroom features a superb shower. the breakfast was excellent and it included a full english. staff were all attentive, i felt special.

the heating in the room was not working properly, with just one radiator functioning. it was disappointing, SUCH a minor issue.
