Acceptable Stay, Room for Improvement

small room no lift
I booked the cheapest room available and it was on the small side. The room was located up three flights of stairs, and no lift was available. Dinner felt overpriced with the main course costing £25.

Really good Dining and Relaxing Atmosphere

helpful staff delicious meal great breakfast
The hotel features staff that were consistently friendly and helpful. The evening meal was delicious, showcasing the skill of the kitchen. I found breakfast excellent, with a great selection of both self-service cereals and cooked-to-order options.
The hotel is located a bit outside of town, so a car is beneficial to get around.
Location
9/10
The manor is situated in a beautiful area with amazing sea views. Guests can access a coastal path near the hotel (I noticed many other walkers). Parking is available within the grounds, a helpful amenity.
Dining
10/10
The restaurant provided an excellent dining experience with high-quality food. There was much to choose from, both English and continental. The wine selection was quite good (I loved a bottle of Pinot Noir!).
