Some issues

unusable wifi extra charge

The hotel was clean upon arrival and had all necessary amenities.

I found the WiFi almost unusable, frustrating. paying extra for entertainment and club access seemed like a rip-off, specially I ended up not using those facilities. This made the overall value for money questionable.

musty odour proper cleanliness

the location provided good access to nearby amenities which was convenient.

the chalet had a noticeable musty odor and a lack of proper cleanliness was evident there was mould visible on the windowsills and accumulated dust in hard to reach areas.

reasonable stay overall

ideal location green space outdoor table damp smell dirty armchair bathroom upgrade

the bungalow had an ideal location in the park. it was quiet around a small green space, with a table and chairs outside. i could walk to the bar and entertainment in just a minute.

the chalet had a strong smell of dampness. the armchair was dirty, disappointing. the bathroom needed an upgrade to feel more comfortable.
