A Convenient Hotel with Minor Issues

shopping center direct access professional staff friendly disposition air conditioning precise controls old furnishing bad pillow poor buffet

The hotel connects directly to a shopping center. This made finding meals very easy. The staff were very professional. I appreciate the air conditioning having precise controls.

I think the furnishings is somewhat old and dilapidated. The pillows on the bed was bad and worn.

strategic location free parking lifeless room missing amenities

The hotel's location is very strategic. It offers direct access to a shopping mall and a light rail transit station (this made getting around convenient). The staff were friendly and accommodating, including the receptionists. Free parking for in-stay guests was a plus.

The room felt lifeless. There was no interior décor. Basic amenities were completely missing. Housekeeping was subpar.

extensive buffet shopping mall

i stayed in the beautiful double or twin room it was spacious and clean the amenities were comprehensive i found the direct access to the shopping mall useful for dining options and quick shopping trips. the breakfast buffet was extensive with many choices available the variety was excellent and the food was fresh

the gym was quite small with limited equipment

convenient location luxurious lobby great breakfast smelly carpet slow sink power outage

the location is convenient near a metro station. the lobby looked luxurious it was a pleasant surprise. there was a great breakfast buffet with many options.

the room cleanliness was disappointing the carpet smelled. the bathroom sink water flowed very slowly. i was not informed in advance about a power outage.
