decent stay
good breakfast buffet friendly staff clean room inefficient ac limited options difficult location
the breakfast buffet was quite good. i found the staff very friendly. the room i had was spacious and super clean with many amenities.
my room's ac did not work efficiently all the time. i found limited tv options in the room, such as netflix or sports. without a car , i found it difficult because there are no local external facilities to walk to.

excellent suite and service
warm welcome laundry service room upgrade
The beautiful king room was nice. i received a warm welcome and appreciated the laundry service. the staff was helpful. It. i appreciated the room upgrade i got from junior suite to grand suite.
The location requires taxi rides to get around. the free shuttle ended early. It limited my ability to explore in the evenings. i could not use the pool as it also closed early. there were limited evening activities for children.

the hotel's location is strategic while remaining unique. it is away from the city's hustle. this balance makes it ideal. access to nearby attractions requires transportation though.

The front desk staff was patient during check-in. they provided details about my stay. This was very helpful. i found the luggage porters friendly. they offered information on shuttle bus schedules.
