Romantic Escape
king-sized bed romantic bathtub infinity pool
Our room featured a king-sized bed.. a giant desk made working a pleasure, and a romantic bathtub offered a city view. The staff was warm and helpful. The breakfast buffet included many Western and Asian choices. The infinity pool overlooked the city.
The location is good, however you won't find lots of things to do right outside. The hotel is surrounded by offices and residential blocks. A walk to the nearby shopping center takes about 10 minutes.

The hotel staff was very attentive and professional. They provided great care throughout my stay. Masy, Ifira, and Kiki made sure every need was handled with a caring smile.

i found the room design to be excellent. the breakfast was also tasty with good variety. my minibar was included in the price of the room.
my room was located next to the elevator. this placement made it noisy and uncomfortable. i mentioned this situation to the reception staff, but they did not address it until checkout.

mixed experience at the hotel
poor laundry service intrusive cleaning
the room was spacious and well kept.
The laundry service was a major letdown. My jeans smelled the same before and after, even though i paid a high price. the hotel seemed to just steam iron them without proper cleaning. also, the multiple room cleaning services each day were intrusive. Staff knocked and entered even without a do-not-disturb sign.

ineffective air conditioning confusing lighting
The location is quite convenient, close to shopping centers.
The room's air conditioning was not effective even after maintenance tried to fix it. I set it to 16 degrees Celsius, yet the room remained too warm for my comfort. I found the lighting system confusing. It was not adequately bright. (I needed more light to work in the evenings).

really good stay!
convenient location breakfast buffet
i stayed for several days and found the location very convenient. shopping malls and the klcc park were within walking distance. the breakfast buffet offered many choices and fresh items.
the water pressure in the sinks was quite low, and i found this a bit inconvenient. also, the in-room dining menu seemed overpriced.

the hotel's location allowed easy access to both the klcc and pavilion bukit bintang areas. many shops and restaurants were also easily accessible. it made exploring the area very easy.

Amazing experience!
varied buffet excellent service great gym
I appreciated the excellent service there. The breakfast buffet was varied, and its quality was high. The gym has great equipment. Weights and machines. The pool area is also excellent. It is very spacious. I was very satisfied with my stay.
The hotel was a bit dark for my taste. I prefer hotels with plenty of natural light. The lobby felt very dark as soon as I entered. I would have liked more brightness in the common areas.

The hotel includes a fitness center with three treadmills. It also has two stationary bikes, and weight machines for a complete workout. The outdoor pool has about twenty loungers. A shaded area is provided for those needing a break from the sun.

The gym has modern equipment. I saw several treadmills and weight machines. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of local dishes. I tried nasi lemak and roti canai. My corner studio City view room had large windows. I enjoyed the view of the surrounding buildings.
The elevator wait times were occasionally a bit long.
