Really good Stay
friendly staff fine views spacious comfort spa services
The staff displayed really good friendliness and accommodation throughout the stay. The upgraded room featured fine views. It also had spacious comfort. Thoughtful birthday amenities were a nice touch, acknowledging the special occasion (my wife's birthday!). The hotel's spa services provided relaxation.
The pool was a little cold. I would have preferred it slightly warmer for a more comfortable swim.

The room featured a large, comfortable bed. It also featured a spacious bedroom area. Cleanliness was perfect. The turndown service included laid-out slippers and scented incense, setting a relaxing mood.

The pool area offered an amazing view of the surrounding skyline. There are many opportunities to get the best city view. The skybridge connected the hotel directly to Pavillion shopping mall, providing convenient access to retail and dining options.

Staff replied promptly to coordinate celebration arrangements. This was very helpful. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The attentiveness during check-in, throughout the stay, and at check-out.

the staff at reception greeted me efficiently.
I found several issues . the breakfast service was slow. It took an hour to get a simple egg dish. the server's limited english caused order errors and the final product lacked flavor.. the buffet looked uninspired. this meal quality does not meet expectations.

high floor excellent view pleasant stay small buffet bad flavour à la carte dishes poor quality
i found the rooms located on a very high floor. it gave an excellent view of the city.. once i was back in the room, i felt the tranquility. every staff member i met tried their utmost to.
we were very disappointed with the breakfast. there was a small buffet at the back of the room with not much in the way of flavour. there was a choice of à la carte dishes that were also not very good..
