a satisfactory experience

great service convenient location noisy room inconvenient time

the location is convenient from the airport making travel easier. the service was good all around . the rooms were adequate though a bit dark and showing some age.

a room next to mine was noisy disrupting my rest. the staff delivered a welcome gift at an inconvenient time causing an interruption.

adequate stay near transport hub

convenient location smooth transfer baby cockroach odd noise

the location is quite convenient. it is close to the main transportation hub. the covered walkway allows smooth transfers. the surrounding area offers many dining and shopping options.

i encountered baby cockroaches in the room. the air conditioning vents made weird noises at midnight. i reported these issues to the front office and was offered a room change.

limited drinks high prices

a couple of issues stood out. The Executive Lounge seemed a bit restrictive. Rules limited when drinks could be ordered. I arrived late, about 9:45 PM, after a long flight, and when I asked for a drink, I got wine in disposable cups despite staying at the hotel. I wished they considered alternative options. The staff did not offer to book room service for me to have in the lounge. prices for items looked inflated when other hotels offered better value for similar facilities
