I appreciated the attentive staff, especially mr mubarak. He ensured our needs were met promptly. the location was excellent with easy access to bukit bintang. the clean room was a definite plus.
i found out about the policy regarding footwear at breakfast only upon arrival, unexpected. i felt it could have been communicated more effectively beforehand. i had to ask the manager to confirm my footwear was appropriate

the staff was helpful. the location is good for shopping.
I had an issue with the room. there was a persistent leak at the entrance. maintenance just put a bucket and never offered a room change. This wasn't fixed for two nights, it was really frustrating.

The room included two separate sinks. There was a rainfall shower in the bathroom. I liked that MRT was near. The hotel provided easy access to shopping areas.
The coffee at breakfast was terrible.
