Acceptable Stay with Room Issues

room size outside noise
Breakfast was pretty good (especially the toast).
The room was quite small and I found I could easily hear outside noise. This. I think the hotel should focus on better soundproofing.

Really good Stay with Delicious Food

efficient welcome comfortable bed friendly staff
The welcome was efficient. Staff showed me directly to my room. I had a comfortable double bed in a room exactly as described. Breakfast and dinner were served by friendly staff, and the food quality was excellent (I especially enjoyed the breakfast).
Finding the location required navigating dark country lanes. I think it would be more convenient with better-lit signage.
