Wonderful Stay!

clean room great toiletries planned visit

The double room was exactly as advertised and clean. I was happy with the included shampoo lotion and other toiletries. They were a great touch. I would gladly recommend this hotel and I am eager to plan another visit soon because everything was excellent.

The car park was very full on arrival, however, I did manage to find a space after a few minutes.

The room included a comfortable bed and tasteful decor. It was lovely. Tea and coffee were provided so I could relax. The bathroom had nice smelling products which was a fantastic bonus.

The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly with check-in and check-out, made everything simple. They showed kindness and thoughtfulness throughout my stay which I very much appreciated. I will certainly come back.

The hotel had a well-stocked bar that had a great ambience and atmosphere. It created a good mood. There also was ample parking. It made arrivals and departures stress-free. The surrounding area was very quiet.

The location was conveniently close to places of interest. It was also near local pubs if needed. This was useful for evening outings. The hotel also offers easy access to the M4.

Breakfast was excellent with a standout full English. The coffee was also fantastic and provided a great start to the day. I enjoyed the great restaurant food so much that I indulged in three courses.

the room offered good space with a great shower and a dyson floor fan that worked very well i found plenty of choice for gluten free options at breakfast. dinner in the evening was fabulous i must say.

i noticed the car park was full upon arrival so parking proved challenging it caused some initial inconvenience.

Really good stay near Newbury

The room exceeded my expectations. It included shampoo and lotion. My ground floor room had a door to the garden. Breakfast was SO good. The staff were helpful (they always had a smile). I look forward to staying again soon.

My only slight disappointment was that the car park was full on arrival, but i found a place after 5 minutes.
