a splendid visit

great welcomeclean roomcar parking
the staff had a great welcome and the room was nice and clean. there was a lovely staircase inside and it felt so beautiful. the location was great too, it had car parking for all the guests.
the room was very basic for the price i payed.

the hotel is central. you can find a nice local pub close to the hotel. it's near all the shops and tourist attractions, so it's easy to explore the area.

staff were VERY accommodating. they allowed me to work in they lounge and put some of my valuables in a SAFE place when i POPPED out after checking out. they WEREN'T many of them as the hotel was quiet BUT it was like i was the only one THERE.
the building had a very tired appearance.

a very pleasant visit

the location proved convenient. it was very central. the car parking space was a great asset. the local pub, horse and jockey, provided a nice venue.
the staircase created considerable noise. it creaked noticeably. a restful night's sleep proved a challenge because of this.
