warm room damp smell

the reception staff were polite.

the room was too warm. a fan did not provide enough cooling. blinds also did not work correctly. the toilet had a damp smell.

The staff were very cute and helpful. Such a lovely atmosphere. Our suite smelt beautiful, WHAT a treat!

The room was VERY warm and a fan was not sufficient enough? The blinds did not work properly.

a few issues

warm room broken blinds

I was a bit disappointed. the room was too warm, even with the fan they provided, which wasn't enough. also, the blinds didn't work right. i struggled to adjust them. the shower lacked a proper mount. plus, the bathroom floor got very slippery when i got out of the bath. I was worried about falling.
