modern design and great service!

convenient location comfy bed helpful staff
i found the location very convenient, near the train station and many attractions. the room had a very comfy bed, and the shower was great. the staff showed helpfulness and offered umbrellas because it rained.
the room i got was a bit dusty when i first arrived. the coffee machine also look dusty.

the hotel is a minute away from the cathedral. this made it simple to find and a helpful starting point for exploring the city. getting to the hotel from the train station was very easy.

breakfast was sumptuous, with plenty food options to choose from. the hotel provides intimate dining space, with a modern design. the japanese dinner there was of very high standard.

I adore the central location, it was near the important places. My room included soft sheets. Breakfast provided many options.
They charged extra after my checkout. I was not properly inform of this issue. Bathroom did not have shelves. There were no slippers.

minimalist luxury, nice stay

thoughtful design comfortable beds high-quality toiletries
i really appreciated the thoughtful design and feel of the hotel. our corner suite had a great layout with comfortable beds. the bathroom, although compact, featured high-quality toiletries and towels. i liked the ability to adjust the lighting in both the room and the bathroom.
the air conditioning system could not be adjusted to my preferred temperature. i was told that it was an interface problem during the a/c upgrade.

The hotel is a short walk to the bryggen waterfront. The fish market is also easily accessible. mount floyen funicular and various restaurants are within a convenient distance. the train station is also easily accessible.

the staff kindly placed my children's stuffed toys on the bed after making them. the lovely concierge asked if i would like a breakfast bag made up for the airport. cata at the front desk provided great information.

The room had reading lights next to the chair. I appreciated the small nightlight. the bathroom had a nightlight that came on when i opened the door. a spa and gym is being built in the basement.

breakfast featured a good selection and high-quality ingredients. children found plenty they wanted to eat, like pancakes with plant milk alternatives. i had breakfast included. but, i left too early for it on my last day.

fresh fruits quiet location broken window drain hair
The breakfast was really good. It had lots of choices including fresh fruits. The hotel was central but quiet. The cobblestone street was right outside.
The cleaner did not clean my hair in the drain. the bathroom window was broken. It was not closed perfect and they did not fix it.

The room included a modern design. I appreciated the clean spaces (newly renovated!). The breakfast had lots of choices, like salmon and mackerel.
