underwhelming experience despite castle setting

beautiful buildingunhelpful staffworst room
the venue itself was really good with a beautiful building inside and outside.
the front of house staff on arrival was not helpful i asked for a change as the room was not good she advised that all rooms were taken i believe this was not the case. there was no suggestion of a reduction in price. i stay at hotels frequently and this room was the worst i have ever seen.
