the location is fine, nestled in beautiful gardens. our room was super clean and well-equipped. the staff, particularly daniel at reception, was helpful. we had a wonderful time and valued the peaceful ambiance.

the restaurant was temporarily closed, so we had to find alternative dining options nearby, a minor inconvenience.

the beds were comfy and i slept like a log! the shower was awesome, with powerful pressure. i found real milk, tea, coffee, and sugar in my room, a really nice touch. daniel at reception was super helpful and made everything easy.

the restaurant was closed , but there were plenty of takeaway options nearby, so it wasn't a big deal.

The staff was really friendly. Check in was easy. The room was totally suitable for my needs. The shower was awesome.

There was no one at reception during the day or at night. I had to call a call center if I had a problem. Replies came via text. The room servicing is once a week unless you request it.
