a good and grateful stay

fine location super clean room helpful staff

the location is fine, nestled in beautiful gardens. our room was super clean and well-equipped. the staff, particularly daniel at reception, was helpful. we had a wonderful time and valued the peaceful ambiance.

the restaurant was temporarily closed, so we had to find alternative dining options nearby, a minor inconvenience.

comfy bed helpful staff

the beds were comfy and i slept like a log! the shower was awesome, with powerful pressure. i found real milk, tea, coffee, and sugar in my room, a really nice touch. daniel at reception was super helpful and made everything easy.

the restaurant was closed , but there were plenty of takeaway options nearby, so it wasn't a big deal.

the room was very clean on arrival. the guy at reception was cute on arrival. i found plenty of sockets available for use. the location was a lovely parkland.

i had problems connecting reliably and i found this frustrating.

The grounds were quite extensive. I appreciated the option to use the microwave for heating meals. The lounge area provided a comfortable space to relax..

The pillows provided were unfortunately too soft for my preference. There was no readily available hotel information in the room. Breakfast was rather basic with supermarket-value ingredients used, disappointing.

friendly staff easy check-in suitable room unattended reception call center weekly servicing

The staff was really friendly. Check in was easy. The room was totally suitable for my needs. The shower was awesome.

There was no one at reception during the day or at night. I had to call a call center if I had a problem. Replies came via text. The room servicing is once a week unless you request it.
