dog friendly rooms cleanliness level friendly staff
i visited the hotel for a few years for food and drink. i decided a stay was needed, it was awesome. dog friendly rooms were available, you would never know from the cleanliness. the staff is very friendly and helpful. i felt it's real value for money given the quality of food and service.

great desk morning tray
The staff promptly contacted me to confirm my arrival arrangements. i stayed in shell. It featured a great desk. i finished much work there. i received a complimentary tray with pastries, orange juice. hot coffee in the morning.
there was no on-site parking. street parking was limited. i had to use an expensive public car park. this added unexpected costs to my stay.

friendly staff excellent food beautiful room
I found the staff were very friendly and accommodating to my needs. The food was excellent. The room was beautiful and clean. A tray with coffee, tea, croissants, and fresh orange juice was delivered outside the room each morning.

clean room superb staff fresh juice
the room was beautiful and super clean. a lovely touch was coffee, tea, croissants, and fresh orange juice, all delivered on a tray outside the room. the staff were superb, and the room was exactly as i wanted it.
The restaurant had very slow service. A two course dinner took two hours.
