The staff promptly contacted me to confirm my arrival arrangements. i stayed in shell. It featured a great desk. i finished much work there. i received a complimentary tray with pastries, orange juice. hot coffee in the morning.
there was no on-site parking. street parking was limited. i had to use an expensive public car park. this added unexpected costs to my stay.

the room was beautiful and super clean. a lovely touch was coffee, tea, croissants, and fresh orange juice, all delivered on a tray outside the room. the staff were superb, and the room was exactly as i wanted it.
The restaurant had very slow service. A two course dinner took two hours.
