Acceptable stay with some issues

significant noise dirty bathroom

The hotel provided diverse culinary options that were acceptable. The food was generally fine, though not particularly nice.

There was significant noise early in the morning and late at night. The noise seemed to come from maintenance or cleaning activities and disrupted sleep. I also found the bathroom near the lobby to be dirty on several occasions.

the beach is easily accessible. i like the food options available. the staff are helpful and accommodating. the pool is great and clean. it had many areas to lay near the pool.

the tv in my room did not function . i did not care for this.

the restaurant team was excellent with their attentive service. the team was polite. the team was hard-working. special mentions go to the cleaners and restaurant servers because of their kindness.

the hotel is about ten minutes from soho square. the hotel is about fifteen minutes from naama bay. taxis outside the hotel are cheaper than those arranged through reception.

old equipment repetitive food

i noticed some issues . the gym equipment seemed quite old. some machines were out of order, and the rest looked worn (the treadmills especially). also, the food at the buffet was repetitive. after a few days, it became hard to find something new to eat. the hotel really needs to invest in better facilities and variety of foods.

Acceptable stay at the resort

food variety outdoor area polite employee old room shower curtain mold issue

The hotel provides good access to a variety of dishes at the main restaurant. I found many options to choose from every day including sweets. The pools and outside areas were very beautiful. I enjoyed spending time there. The employees and management are polite. They did what I asked.

I found the room to be somewhat old. The shower had a curtain for the shower area. Mold came with it. The dirt in the shower was supposedly because of the clay used for tiling.
