Decent Stay, but Some Issues

poor cleaningimpolite staff

The room cleaning was not good! My room was cleaned properly only once . The floor was not mopped regularly. I had to ask for new towels several times because they were often forgotten. The reception staff got annoyed when I called repeatedly about the towels and responded impolitely.

The premises felt spacious. It included anything one might expect from a resort. The service felt detailed and the buffets were worth the all-inclusive package I got.

The room cleaning was not at all perfect. The floor was swept instead of mopped . New towels were often forgotten. I had to ask reception multiple times.
