My stay, it felt kinda average, not living up to expectations set by other reviews i read. Our room wasn't ready on arrival. the process of getting settled in felt chaotic and disorganized, staff were not proactive in guiding us. wifi was unreliable.

the swimup room was awesome. being able to just slide in the pool first thing after waking up is great. the palmetto restaurant has breakfast, lunch, dinner and late dinner. i like that they have a theme for dinner every night like english food, italian, or fish.

the staff is very unfriendly and unapproachable.

i really appreciated how clean everything was. the main restaurant, palmetto, had a theme for dinner each night. the resort has a big deep pool for swimming and jacuzzis. a little bus went to the beach and i enjoyed drinks there.

the hotel room had body wash and lotion containers full of rust.
