My second visit was great. The team addressed all needs daily. A special dinner was prepared for our engagement party. They made our room look lovely with decorations.

The beach has no shallow area for access. Swimming and diving are the only options. Photos of the beach and pools did look different on the travel agency photos. This surprised me.

Our beautiful sea view room included two twin beds and a balcony. The room also had a mini-fridge that was stocked daily with water. Daily housekeeping ensured our room was clean.

The staff always was happy to help. Maged at reception. Mahmoud from housekeeping looked after us well. That was appreciated. Chef Mohammed cooked fries for our kids.

The hotel seemed only for italians. They had another restaurant. the cocktails were not very good, too, so i did not drink much

I found the staff helpful. Maged at reception was particularly attentive. waiter ahmad was always available both by the pool and near the sea. the meals provided were consistently delicious. The fish was a highlight! the sea life was fascinating.
