the breakfast was good.
the room i got was far from ideal , especially considering this hotel's supposed reputation. the shower barely worked , and the furniture looked outdated. it was like i was staying in a place that hadn't been updated in decades.

the room was clean and had a view of the red sea.
The wifi was not working . i also couldn't work the tv. I suspect something was wrong with the setup. the shower water was too hot, and i didn't feel that it had any cold water available, so i had to wash my hair in the sink every time i needed warm water.

Wonderful Staff and Great Beach Views

The staff was excellent and friendly. Ahmed Lamey at the front desk was professional. He attended to my request for an extra night immediately. Chef Abdel Nasser prepared extra food for me every night at the buffet. Mohamed Ashraf was very kind, and Hisham brought great energy to my table. Hamid provided extra towels, which I appreciated. Housekeeping by Mahmoud was efficient.
I noticed the options for drinks under the all-inclusive option were limited only to soft drinks. Even local beer was available only as a draft, I had to pay extra to get it bottled.

The location is great. The hotel is a few minutes from the Marina. It is also only about five minutes to the main city. I could easily access local attractions and amenities, a good advantage of the location.

Breakfast was buffet-style with omelettes cooked to order. There is a cafe right next to the swimming pool that serves very good food. There is also a private beach and sea to swim in, so I could relax by the pool or enjoy the sea.

My room was spacious, clean, and the view was gorgeous. I had a balcony to enjoy the view! The room was well-kept and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, it reminded me of a nice retreat after a long day.

wonderful beach getaway

the staff is really friendly and helpful. i was allowed into my room earlier than the official check-in time, which i appreciated. the hotel was full, yet there was still plenty of space around the pool and along the beach. i found the room clean and really comfortable.
i found the variety and quality of food to be below my expectations. it differed from my previous visits. the bakery items were not always fresh, disappointing.
