the staff seemed friendly enough, i guess. nothing to write home about, but acceptable.

the room wasn't the cleanest. i found a few hairs on the towels and the floor clearly hadn't been washed properly.. it was a bit unpleasant.

It so great there! Every staff member acts super nice to you. The reception is really helpful. My butler, Hanna, takes so good care of me! The food, it tastes so very tasty. The hotel has its own private beach. It is quiet and just beautiful. I definitely come back again soon!

The WiFi, it cost extra. That's a shame, as I wanted to upload so many amazing photos right away. But the views, oh the views, made up for it!

The room has a amazing view. My room was spacious. The balcony was large, with comfortable seating. Air conditioning kept the room cool and it worked very well.

I did tried a la carte and buffet restaurants. They all were great. Coffee in 'Cafe Vienna' is the best. The hotel, it includes a variety of restaurants with waiter service, this makes it feel luxurious.

the staff group was super nice. reception was very helpful, and hanna took good care of us. the room view was amazing and added much to our experience. food was very tasty.. we tried a la carte restaurants, and buffet restaurants. they were all great.

connecting to the wi-fi was a bit tricky. a simple qr code would make access much easier. we found the connection itself quite weak.
