I was thrilled with the variety of entertainment options. the beautiful gardens and pools offered so much relaxation. the food selection was amazing!!! cleanliness was excellent. The staff maintained everything very well. i would return right away!

my only minor issue was that the hotel was a bit crowded at peak times.

the hotel kept very clean, i notice it. my room also had daily cleaning. the bar serves 600 ml water bottles and they are always cold. the hotel provided good regional breads at the oven near restaurant entrance.

it was very dark at night, i could not seen in front of me on the complex. i wasted my time at the tui meeting, the guy do not know much about the hotel. food was just ok, nothing great.

i appreciated the spacious clean rooms with amnesties. high speed wifi was available in most areas. the food quality was excellent with many varieties. checkin and checkout at the reception was really fast. there were various pools of different depths. the sandy beach was great for swimming.

i THINK that the evening entertainment could be slightly better, maybe with more updated schedules.

The hotel is not beachfront. there is easy access to the sea. there is a shuttle bus that goes to the sister hotel near the beach. you can walk there too. a bar and food station is available for hotel guests there.

the hotel grounds were vast and offered numerous pools. i especially appreciated the variety, catering to both families and those seeking relaxation. there was always something to do, and the staff kept everything beautifully clean.

the food selection became repetitive after a few days. i wished for more variety at the buffet. also, the wait times for drinks at the pool bar were often long due to understaffing. there was also a noticeable lack of cocktail options.
