i found the front desk staff very competent. syed and abd elrahman are professional. the hotel offers a beach and multiple pools. a shuttle boat service operates here. the staff were consistently helpful.
i found that the pool towels were sometimes difficult to locate. this required multiple calls to reception for resolution.

slow room serviceunfriendly waiter
Room service was really slow. i had to call multiple times to get any help. often, nobody answered the phone. to get through, i had to call the reception. They would then call room service for me. also, some of the waiters were not friendly. i overheard one waiter tell my daughter she had enough desserts, even though she hadn't taken much. i found it unacceptable.

All staff members displayed immense professionalism and kindness. The facilities are super clean. Everything is easily accessible. I am especially grateful to chef Abdel-Aal and his staff. Their hospitality felt genuine. The food was AMAZING!!! with a vast selection.
The lake had a very unpleasant odor. Spending time outside was sometimes uncomfortable.

the pools are clean and big. there were no problems with getting sunbeds.
the food selection disappointed. it was tasteless and repetitious every night and morning. desserts tasted stale, almost like they had been.

the food had good variety across the five restaurants.
I was quite disappointed by the animation team. They seemed inexperienced. the tennis table ball was broken and the rackets were in poor condition. even the darts board lacked darts. i asked for some, but they didn't provide any. it was the first time i experienced such a bad animation team.
