The staff were friendly and always helpful. I even forgot something, and the manager arranged its return via whatsapp. there were many activities, including a pool, beach, jacuzzi, ping pong, tennis, basketball, soccer, live music, and dances. i found the food really good and the staff very cute. everyone really strived to. What a charm!

The gym lacked rubber mats. It also lacked towels. the training material was not enough for the amount of guests attending.

The hotel location is great, the staff is wonderful. I found the receptionists friendly and helpful. It made a lovely first impression. The food was good. it was great value for money. I was very pleased with my stay. The room was well-equipped and comfortable.

It reminded me of ages to get anywhere. The gym lacked some equipment, specifically rubber mats and towels! The beach seemed quite small. it was often hard to find a spot.

I found the staff friendly and eager TO assist. They were really nice too ensure I had everything I needed. The hotel maintains excellent cleanliness. The facilities ALWAYS looked super clean. I was impressed with the variety of dining options available. The food was delicious and there was something for EVERY taste. I appreciated the adult-only atmosphere. It contributed to a VERY relaxing and peaceful vacation.

I noticed that some guests reserved sunbeds early in the morning, EVEN if they did not use them until later.
