The hotel had very clean rooms. The whole hotel was always kept well maintained. There was variety of good food in all three meals. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including the reception, housekeeping, and waiters.

The reception offered useful information. The room size was adequate. The bathroom included amenities. I stayed in a garden room facing the pool. It was quiet. The hotel is located near Sunrise Remal Beach Resort. There is a shuttle every fifteen minutes.

The reception staff offers useful information to guests. The staff were always friendly. The reception manager started to care, this happened only because of the evaluation on the last day. HE asked to give only a 10.

The food and beverage service was really good. The staff were cute. The presentation of the food was elegant, and the variety was excellent. Everything WAS served with great care and attention to detail.
