the gym has a good selection of equipment. the diving center on site seemed well-equipped. the reception desk staff were very attentive , often checking on my stay.

the food was not consistently good , with some items lacking flavor. drinks were often served in plastic cups. the hotel did not respond to my emails after the stay.

I spent six nights in a comfortable beautiful room. The room was very clean. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The well-kept gardens create a tranquil environment.

The soft drink machine was a bit far from the restaurant, a short walk under the sun was needed.

The team (the front of house and restaurant staff) provided expert customer service. Every day, the room was spotlessly cleaned. The life guards were very friendly. The management runs this hotel very well.

Excellent Stay and Service

The main restaurant provided excellent and really good food at every meal. The resort features the absolute best reef and if you are lucky, you can spot a manta ray or two. The beach does not require reef shoes and access to the reef is easy by the pier.

The pool required frequent cleaning as it accumulated leaves.

The hotel has very clean pools and a nice beach, perfect for relaxation. There is also an aqua park providing additional entertainment options. The gardens are well maintained and provide a beautiful environment.

The staff was attentive and very helpful, especially at reception and front of house. The staff are very friendly and looked after me. Ramadan Head Chef catered to my needs.

The rooms are nice, modern, and comfortable, they include a great view. My room was kept very clean by the staff and I found the bed linen, towels, and bathrobes pristine white. There was daily cleaning.

I enjoyed my stay! The hotel grounds are very well-kept. The staff members are friendly and always ready to assist with any request. The service was really good, exceeding all my expectations and providing an lovely experience.

The check-in process was a bit slow , causing a slight delay at the beginning of my stay.

My room was cleaned daily. The beach was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The waiters were especially kind.

The food quality was not great. I experienced some stomach issues. The jacuzzi in my room did not work for a day and a half even after asking about it several times.

Mixed Feelings About the Stay

The food was a letdown , to be honest. I found it repetitive, and it seemed like the buffet catered to a specific clientele, not really offering a wide variety for everyone. Also , the minibar wasn't restocked daily as I would have expected. The noise level at night was pretty high. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway .
