The staff were super courteous! They created a positive environment for us. The restaurant staff named Essa, Omar, and Arafat were awesome. The aqua park team, including Abdullah, Tomma, Nasser, and Arabi, were great too!

The hotel could improve its evening shows. The shows did not respect the schedule.

The staff were very helpful. The rooms were always clean and tidy. The food was excellent and there was always a good variation every night. Entertainment during the day was fun and the evening shows were AMAZING.

The gym, while available, is small and lacks enough modern equipment for a proper workout.

the room design was acceptable.

Honestly, it reminded me of the staff just wanted more money. i was relaxing on the beach, left my towels, water, and a few papers on the sun lounger for 15 minutes. They vanished. i asked the beach employee, and he said they were stolen. Then i was told i had to review cctv footage and pay 10 euros per towel if they were "lost.
