i found the resort had plenty of space, shared areas with other hotels in this complex. there was a choice of self service restaurants plus heated pools with slides. animation was present. the staff always brought drinks, everything was good.
the floor can be very slippery when wet, most of the time. my family members and i slipped a few times but thankfully we didn't fall.

the room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable with well-kept amenities. it included a tv and a safe. housekeeping ensured a high standard and fresh bottled water was supplied daily.

the resort provided easy access to multiple facilities, including neighboring aqua parks and aqua vista. the walk between the hotels was short, approximately five minutes, great for convenient exploration of various amenities and dining options.

I thought the staff were very friendly and helpful. they were always smiling and ready to assist with anything i needed. the pools were another highlight. There were so many to choose from and i never had trouble finding a lounger.
however, the food wasn't always to my liking. i found it quite repetitive, and i wished there was more variety.

The hotel has very friendly and cute staff. The bar staff helped us a lot. The cleaners went out of their way to help us also. The animation team was great. Jamie helped us with anything we needed.
The food was good for an all-inclusive but not really good. There was no variety. Some dishes were the same every day. The beach is busy. The location is in the middle of nowhere.
