I found the staff to be very polite and helpful. mohammed gamal and mohammed al amir at reception helped. Wael and mohammed nazem in the bar provided superb service. the resort is large and took a few days to explore. It boasts multiple pools and a diving center.

the bathroom in my room needed some updating, especially concerning the grouting and tiling. the food choice at the all-inclusive buffet could have more variety beyond seafood and fish though there was always something available.
