adequate stay , some issues present

old television bathroom neglect
the room was adequately spacious.
the television in the room seemed quite old , a relic of a bygone era. the bathroom did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned recently , with visible signs of neglect.

an amazing stay

polite staff nice stay
I found the staff to be very polite and helpful. mohammed gamal and mohammed al amir at reception helped. Wael and mohammed nazem in the bar provided superb service. the resort is large and took a few days to explore. It boasts multiple pools and a diving center.
the bathroom in my room needed some updating, especially concerning the grouting and tiling. the food choice at the all-inclusive buffet could have more variety beyond seafood and fish though there was always something available.

The resort featured several pools. there was also a health club near the gardens! the hotel also provides access to private beach coves and jetties into the sea, and the hotel includes a funicular train.

The location allowed beautiful sunrises, easily seen from my room's terrace. gardens are in front of the hotel. The layout includes waterfalls and multiple bar areas. the main building contained shops and atms.
