The staff were really friendly. Lots of things for everyone to enjoy! pools and a huge aqua park. that was acceptable.
the reception wasn't great. I wasn't properly welcomed or guided to my room! each time i had to wait for a bellman to help take my luggage. the room lacked essentials such as towels and robes upon arrival!

the hotel design is unique. the staff were very friendly. there were plenty of things to do including the aquapark, pools, and the neverland show. we also had beach access, a great dinner show, and a variable aqua park.
one inconvenience was that i had to wait several minutes every time i moved rooms, as i had to wait at reception for the bellman to collect my luggage.

Restaurants served great food with varieties including chinese, american like rockin burger, and italian cuisine. the dinner show was awesome and the food that day was really good. There were plentiful options during the day.
