fantastic STAY.
clean room friendly staff
The rooms are SUPER clean. my room was spacious and comfortable, everything was super clean. the staff is friendly and always ready to help. Valentine's DAY package is a great deal. I was not disappointed at ALL.

Really good Hotel Experience
excellent staff fresh salads happy providing
The Serenity has excellent staff who always help you. The main restaurant offers a variety of fresh salads and big selection of tasty meat daily. The entertainment team makes sure everyone is happy, always providing activities. I greeted Joli regularly. She ensured my mum and I were happy.
I found steps and slopes that make movement difficult. I use a prosthetic leg, walking becomes a challenge. Lifts were nowhere in sight. I hope more accessibility features are added soon.
