a balanced stay
super clean room maintened grounds limited engagement poor atmosphere
I found that the cleaning staff kept my room super clean every day. the grounds of the resort are meticulously maintained. the main restaurants presented themed nights with diverse food options. The chinese cuisine was AMAZING!!!
the entertainment team didn't frequent the beach much to engage with guests. the atmosphere at the hotel was lacking, especially with the music on a repetitive loop.

Really good Hotel Experience
excellent staff fresh salads happy providing
The Serenity has excellent staff who always help you. The main restaurant offers a variety of fresh salads and big selection of tasty meat daily. The entertainment team makes sure everyone is happy, always providing activities. I greeted Joli regularly. She ensured my mum and I were happy.
I found steps and slopes that make movement difficult. I use a prosthetic leg, walking becomes a challenge. Lifts were nowhere in sight. I hope more accessibility features are added soon.
Location
10/10
The hotel location is perfect for calm. The grounds are immaculate. Gardeners work hard to keep the premises very clean.
Service
10/10
The staff is very cute. Staff is polite. The team shows genuine care. Their professionalism makes everyone feel special.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel has a relaxing pool. There are also areas with music and games. The reef is near the pier and offers great snorkeling.
Rooms
8/10
The room includes a bed. Housekeeping provides daily service. Staff made our bed prettily with flowers. The room had a well-stocked fridge.
