i stayed in a WONDERFUL place. the food had great variety with lots of seafood at lunch and dinner. a new pastry section opened with tasty desserts. mohamed was attentive and always smiling. asma in the front office was very helpful. she regularly checked to ensure we were enjoying our time.

the room's AC worked good, BUT the resort struggled to stay cool. no fully enclosed spaces trapped air. bars, restaurants, and corridors were warm. we spent evenings in our room AS it offered relief.

the main buffet features many options for different tastes. the outdoor barbecues are an added touch. the asian buffet has tasty dishes and seating is plentiful. drink service can BE slow in general.

the rooms are basic BUT clean. the minibar is stocked with water, but refills aren't consistent. we needed TO ask for more when i felt unwell. the rooms provide comfortable lodging.

the pools have rough spots, which make walking uncomfortable. THERE are some issues for kids in the shallow areas. THE so-called aqua park is slides, not a waterpark. the water is VERY warm and pleasant.

snorkeling requires swimming far out to see fish. only three small coral formations ARE nearby. confident swimmers will find marine life. shark nets are on the beach, YET they do not reach the seabed.

i had a wonderful stay. asmaa, from the front office, really stood out for her really good support. she regularly checked to ensure i was enjoying my stay. the resort has water slides and pools, clean and well-kept.

The receptionist was unhelpful. He did not show me the room location. he also didn't offer a welcome drink after a long wait. the parking area is small, and security directed me to park outside the hotel.
